My Journey to Better Health

I didn't always eat healthy; I used to LOVE junk food too.   I've been there so I know what it's like.  I thought my diet was a bit better than average and it wasn't until health problems started to develop that I realized I could and should do a better job of nourishing myself.  I used to fall asleep nearly every day at my desk after lunch and thought the afternoon slump was normal.

 

After learning to eat in harmony with my metabolism, I ditched the afternoon slump for good the very next day!    My health kept getting better all the time.  Eating healthy was surprisingly easy after taking the first step.  The less junk food I ate, the less I wanted it.  And the best part was that I didn't have to give up my favorite real foods like steak, butter and cheese!

 

The results were amazing; I set a new baseline of health for myself.  Looking back, my health issues were a blessing because without them, I wouldn't have had a reason to clean up my diet and lifestyle.  I didn't realize how crappy I really was feeling until I experienced a new level of health.  Let me help guide you along your path to experience a level of health that you didn't know was possible!
